ICT Training Program

Objective

   The course is divided into two parts such as:

  Part one: the basic: the course will kick start students with the basic of HTML and CSS so that students can design simple website in a short time. After that, students are introduced to JavaScript and some JavaScript frameworks. Then PHP and MySQL are introduced. Students will be able to build dynamic website that connect and manipulate data in the database.

  Part two: advanced stuff: after getting basic understanding of web development, students are introduced to some of the most popular web services and some advanced frameworks. Students will also build their own web service, learn about SEO, and web design patterns.

Outcome

- Become familiar with web development work flow.

- Become familiar with front-end and back-end/web service development.

- Be able to use various web services/API.

- Optimize website to get better result in search engine.

- Understand job as a web developer and know how to work in an organization or in a team.

- Develop a design patterns to better suit the development situation.
